Berkeley Vale, Australia Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing Full time

We are sourcing a **WHS Advisor **who will work closely with Production Managers to deliver exceptional WHS performance at our **Berkeley Vale site**. The role will report to the WHS Manager.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Promoting a safety culture by leading, coaching, and mentoring key stakeholders to develop safety leadership skills and behaviours.
- Ensure compliance against legislative WHS requirements and best practice.
- Assisting in the development of WHS strategies.
- Developing and delivering WHS training programs.
- Lead incident investigations as required.
- Drive initiatives to ensure incidents and hazards are reported in a timely manner.

**The requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in WHS or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a WHS role.
- Experience driving a safety culture by coaching and mentoring teams to develop safety leadership skills and behaviours.
- Experience developing WHS policies and procedures.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs.
- Knowledge and understanding of Workers Compensation.
- Proven ability to engage and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
- Experience conducting audits and writing reports.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
