**The Role**
As a member of a strong and supportive team that puts our customers first, your role involves connecting with members and through an exceptional customer service experience deliver towards our clients growth and purpose "Better Health for Better Lives".

This role is has the opportunity to work fully remote.

**Who are you?**

In this role you will be working in an outbound call centre environment promoting a free health and welling being program to eligible members nationally.
- Customer service experience in a sales environment
- Contact Centre/Phone based experience (Prefered not essential)
- Passion for results and a KPI driven environment
- Excellent people and communication skills with resilience
- Problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Be available between 8am - 8pm on a random or fixed shift basis (0.6 FTE Available)
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Persistence and objection handling skills
- Medical/clincial administartion experience (Desired)
