**Eligibility**

**Division Responsibilities**

The Digital Transformation and Delivery Division reports to the Corporate Operations Group

and is tightly coupled to the Information Technology Division (ITD), with the primary

purpose of delivering transformational IT systems for the Aged Care Reform program,

resulting from the recommendations of the Aged Care Royal Commission.

**Branch Responsibilities**

Aged Care Transformation and Quality Branch has primary responsibilities toward the

delivery of new and innovative Aged Care systems, to design, build and support new digital

systems, being delivered.

**Section Responsibilities**

The section provides the ACTQ Branch technical expertise into the process of designing and

implementing Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions across the Service Provider Product and

monitoring delivery partners contributing to this overall product align with required

technical standards.***

**Key Responsibilities**
- Designing human-centred solutions and design thinking activities working

collaboratively in a team environment
- Producing wireframes and prototypes to communicate concepts with stakeholders

and delivery teams
- Translate customer insights into concepts, user journeys, storyboards, system maps,

user flows, wireframes, clickable-prototypes, and other forms of prototypes
- Conduct discovery processes: user interview, stakeholder mapping, observational

studies, journey mapping, empathy interviews/maps, process mapping, market

analysis
- Ensure digital product guidelines comply with industry standards
- Contribute to showcase sessions to progress the UI/UX of the Service Provider

Product
- Provide the project teams with clear insights into user behaviour, expectations and

perceptions of existing and new products***
