**About the role**

Responsibilities include, although are not limited to:

- Conduct market research and ensure projects are developed according to various objectives.
- Tender various consultants, make recommendations, and appoint using consultancy agreement.
- Manage and supervise consultants and contractors to ensure budgets and targets are on track.
- Assess variations and cost claims.
- Assist the marketing manager with preparing and negotiating sales contracts, follow up on settlements, and assist with the on-site sales office.
- Monitor and maintain project feasibilities and budgets.
- Review consultant and contractor performance to optimise financial and design outcomes.
- Complete risk assessment checklist and approve invoices promptly.

**Key selection criteria**:

- Tertiary qualification in property or engineering ideally. Valuations, town planning, finance, or other related disciplines will also be considered.
- Experience as an Assistant Development Manager or have experience in the design/delivery/constriction of either land/civil projects or medium density developments.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a keen motivation to learn and progress your career.
