**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to develop and coordinate a variety of internal and external communications and engagement activities, materials and collateral, to achieve identified outcomes and strategic objectives. In this role you will work with key areas and stakeholders using your skills in writing, researching, content development, strategy development, facilitation, administration and implementation across a variety of communication channels to support, promote and elevate the work of the Digital Enablement Program.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, oversee, direct and manage the successful delivery of change project-related functions such as but not limited to business and stakeholder engagement, assist in developing communication plans, undertaking impact assessments, training programs, whilst ensuring business readiness and capability.
- Foster close working relationships with key business stakeholders within the department and program leads from the wider ICT Strategic Implementation Program. The position may also require engagement with all involved government and non-government agencies including service providers of the future solution.
- Engage and co-ordinate a network of change champions, who will support the implementation of the project change and communications activities.
- Extensive experience with implementing and working within "cross-department" organisational change strategies and an understanding project schedule and change impact inter-dependencies will be critical to support successful outcomes.

**Essential Qualifications/Skills**
- Change management accreditation (PROSCI, CMBoK etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to plan and undertake stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, training needs analysis and change readiness assessments and to manage related registers and plans.
- Experience within complex businesses.
- Confidence managing Technology change within a state-wide organisation.
- Work well in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and high level negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated high-level time management and organisational skills, as well as advanced written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be happy to travel through the state if and when required.

**Highly Desirable Qualifications/Certifications/Skills**
- Knowledge of and experience in Qld Government organisations
- People Transition, Change Management or Benefits Realisation experience.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business transition will be highly regarded
- Experience in working on prototypes and proof of concept environments
