The team at Flexiforce are seeking experienced Extrusion Operators for our Manufacturing company in Moss Vale.

**Position Summary**:
Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, this position is responsible for the efficient set-up and operation of plastic extrusion pipelines in order to safely produce high-quality product in accordance with the job safety analyses (JSA’s), production schedule, set-up instructions, operating procedures, and quality specifications, etc.

**Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand and follow all JSA’s and safety procedures/policies
- Safely and efficiently set-up and operate extrusion lines to produce high quality standards
- Ensure that extruded profiles meet technical and quality specifications
- Troubleshoot and calibrate lines when required
- Monitor extruded profile weight and ensure critical profile measurements are maintained throughout the shift
- Assure proper packaging
- Complete daily Quality and Production reporting
- Must have experience within a similar industry
- Work overtime as required
- Satisfactorily complete training courses as determined by management
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job without supervision
