Cromford Pipe Holdings Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company located in the Southern Highlands (Moss Vale) of NSW.We are currently looking for extrusion operators to join our day and afternoon shift.Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of operation of our PE extrusion linesKey responsibilities will be:

- Preparing and setting machines up for production
- Ensure product is inspected and tested to relevant procedures and standards
- Perform size and colour changes
- Ensure machinery is maintained in a safe working order
- Performing line and die changes to ensure minimum downtime
- Active input into performing risk assessments on machinery
- Manage down line staff building your team

About you:

- You are an organised team player with manufacturing experience
- Have a positive can-do attitude looking for continuous improvement
- Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organisation skills
- Trade background desirable but not necessary
- Have some experience working in the plastics industry

Pay: $21.65 - $42.88 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Moss Vale, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
