**Paralegal (Litigation Team)**

**We will count on you to**:

- Assist the legal team with administration, legal research, scheduling of training and meetings, and providing support as may be required
- Spend management, reporting and invoicing
- Liaison with external counsel and other service providers in relation to invoicing
- Document reviews
- Client File reviews and preparing matter summaries for lawyers in the team
- Preparing reports and managing registers
- Document management
- Reviewing legal agreements as required
- Liaison between legal and rest of the company
- General legal duties such as having agreements signed by Directors and distributing appropriate papers
- Assisting in producing reports, manuals, and presentations
- Other tasks as directed by the manager

**What you need to have**:

- Experience as a paralegal/ currently studying a law degree/ or recently qualified
- Pro-active and highly organised
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work autonomously and accurately to meet multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of writing and communication skills
- Ability to draft and edit concisely
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
