**We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to provide exceptional patient-focused support in our well-established cosmetic clinic located in Toowong.**
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine interest in cosmetic treatments and skin care is essential for succeeding in this role._

- previous experience in a medical, allied health, beauty clinic or similar is advantageous.

**The key responsibilities of the role would include**:

- Provide warm and professional customer service to patients
- Set up treatment rooms according to patient bookings - each day is different
- Assist patients after procedures, including makeup if needed.
- Reception duties - taking phone calls, responding to enquiries, making bookings and processing payments, daily banking, filing
- Provide administration support
- Work cohesively with fellow team members

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 28 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
