Our client is seeking a talented Workplace Relations Lawyer at the Associate level to join their team. As a key member of the Workplace Relations practice group, you will work on a range of employment law matters and provide strategic advice to clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with experienced professionals and make a significant impact in the field of workplace relations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice on workplace relations and employment law matters, including employment contracts, policies, and disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients on various employment-related issues.
- Assist in the representation of clients in litigation, including unfair dismissal claims and discrimination matters.
- Stay updated on changes in workplace legislation and case law, ensuring clients remain compliant with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver effective solutions and support their workplace relations needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or JD) from a reputable university.
- At least 3 years of post-admission experience in workplace relations and employment law, preferably gained within a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, and relevant case law.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
