**About the Opportunity**
Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking experienced Electrical/Data Cabling technicians/Supervisors for our all business units.

As a supervisor your tasks and key responsibilities, may include:

- Lead a crew of 1-6 team members.
- Training of new and existing team members.
- Following all WH&S requirements.
- Quality assurance of works being completed.
- Regular updates and reporting to Project Manager.
- Onsite client communication.
- Experience in installation, terminate and test structured cabling-CAT 6A.
- Trouble shooting, adjusting, and repairing faults in equipment/cables.
- Excellent understanding of networks.

As a technician, your tasks and key responsibilities, may include:

- Experience with patch panels, patching of switches, servers and other ICT equipment.
- Installation of optic fibre.
- Fault finding and testing experience.
- Splicing/ribbon splicing experience.
- Fluke testing.
- Understanding networks.
- Providing good customer service through interactions with clients.
- Structured cabling, climbing ladders, running cables overhead and under floors.
- Experience in installation, terminate and test structured cabling-CAT 6A.

**Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in related communications/cabling/electrical.
- Experience leading a team of 1-4 team members.
- Current driver's license and white card.
- Electrical A grade qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Telecommunications CERT III or equivalent trade experience.
- Fit Out & Construction experience (an advantage)
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish great connections
- Have a good work ethic and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
