**Role Details**

The Department for Child Protection (DCP) is seeking multiple **Quality and Safeguarding Coordinators** to join on a full-time term basis.

The role is responsible for:

- Undertaking analysis of the management of reportable incidents to DCP managers and monitoring outcomes, action plans and other processes.
- Working with operational leadership to develop, implement and undertake quality assurance and audit programs across the directorate.
- Monitoring the client incident management system and liaising with managers and incident reports to manage reportable incidents.

**About You**

We are looking for an analytical expert with experience in incident management and a broad understanding of the child protection system in South Australia.

To be successful in this role you will have high level written and verbal communication skills, and strong report writing and oral presentation skills that will allow you to present complex issues to a variety of stakeholders.

**Special Conditions**

**Essential**: An appropriate Allied Health Professional degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership or entitles registration with the relevant Association/Board.
