**About the Role**

We are growing our Medical team in preparation of bringing innovative new products to the Australian market.

In this important senior Medical role, as Medical Manager, you’ll provide medical leadership, strategic guidance and technical expertise to our Medical Affairs team and internal stakeholders. As a key driver of external engagement and stakeholder management in the Vaccines space, you'll work closely with your wider medical field. Your dedication to developing an extensive knowledge of relevant therapy areas will play a crucial role in enhancing GSK's reputation among key influencers.

You’ll:

- Demonstrate leadership and drive performance, setting measures of success for your team
- Develop and execute medical strategy and tactics to support GSKs objectives
- Engage with external experts to facilitate scientific dialogue
- Lead strategic medical projects, collaborating with colleagues across GSK
- Provide medical expertise for scientific submissions and promotional activities

To excel in this role, you'll demonstrate excellent communications skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll bring a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in appraising and interpreting data, and the ability to share this with internal stakeholders to drive strategic success.

You’ll also show:

- The ability to use medical knowledge to transition between therapeutic areas
- Skill weighing collaborative opinions to determine optimal solutions
- Support the brand team in improving quality and processes, and timelines
- Experience leading highly technical teams
