Consultant (Strategic Workforce) Multiple Locations

We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Consultant (Strategic Workforce) to join our team at Snowy Hydro This role is a fantastic step for someone who enjoys data-driven decision-making, workforce planning, and helping design effective organisational structures to support our long-term goals.
As the Strategic Workforce Consultant, you'll play a key role in analysing workforce data, identifying skill gaps, and supporting the implementation of workforce strategies that align with Snowy Hydro's vision. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a resilient and agile workforce, enabling our teams to thrive and succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
This is a full-time permanent position that can be based out of Sydney or Melbourne offices.
**In addition to the above, this role will include**:
- Collaborating with People and Performance Business Partners and other business leaders to gather insights and understand workforce requirements across the business.
- Analysing data and insights to forecast and identify talent requirements, skill gaps and potential future risks to the workforce.
- Supporting the design and implementation of effective organisational structures and processes, providing support and guidance to teams and individuals
- Providing project management support for key workforce transformation initiatives and developing and maintaining project plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Preparing project reports and presentations that are clear, concise and informative for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Good understanding of workforce planning methodologies, organisational design principles, and capability development best practices
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
