To support ETC's growth we are looking for motivated, engaging **Business Advisor **to join our team in **Strathpine** on a **fulltime basis **across the region. Working in the new **Self-Employment Assistance program**, supports individuals who are on income support looking at starting and running their own small business.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- A strong understanding of small business operations
- The ability to lead, mentor, coach and educate our customers
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic and flexible work environment with an emphasis on high level of customer service.
- A recent clear National Police Check and current Working with Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
