**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join our Group Tech Division. You will play a key role in ensuring large programs/projects (change initiatives) meet their objectives and deliver business benefits. You will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance. The Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organisation to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

**About you**
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has the following attributes:

- Significant change management experience, with a background in roles delivering sustainable change programs across enterprise organisations relating to people and processes.
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field, e.g., HR, Marketing, Communications, etc.
- Appropriate change management certifications, e.g., Prosci, APMG-International, PCI, etc.
- Experience in stakeholder management and influencing, managing within all levels of an organisation.
- Experience in working in a financial services environment or a similar multifaceted organisation.
- Exposure to different project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
