- Under the leadership of the DCM, oversee the day to day operations of each area of the DC ensuring goals and KPIs are achieved
- Coach and lead the team to work together to achieve goals
- Identify, prioritise and solve issues within the team
- Plan and strategize to ensure shifts and resources are planned to meet operational requirements
- Assist the DCM to identify and implement people, process and cost efficiencies
- Support the DCM in development of internal policies, procedures and training documents
