**Dental Receptionist + Sterilisation Assistant**

**Location**: Glenmore Park Dental

**Days required : MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY 8:30am - 6pm**

Pay rate : $29 - $32 per hour Adult CASUAL rate depending on age and experience

OR $24 - 26 per hour Adult PART TIME rate depending on age and experience
- In Accordance with the Health Professionals and Support Services award wage or above

**Main tasks**

Front desk receptionist answering phone calls, making bookings, taking payments, talking to patients, paperwork. Additional tasks - sterilising dental instruments and basic cleaning duties.

**Experience : No previous experience necessary**

Glenmore Park Dental is a family dental practice with a small team and an amazing patient base. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic dental receptionist to join our team. Your role will include patient communication and reception duties such as answering the phone and receiving payments, as well as sterilisation and cleaning duties, and possible chairside assistance.

We provide all aspects of dental care and our main focus is customer service and patient satisfaction.

**Skills and expectations required**
- No previous experience in dental reception or assisting is required
- English proficiency and communication on phone calls is required.
- You must be friendly and approachable, have a great smile, and have excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional work ethic - punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of personal hygiene and professional presentation.
- General computer skills such as typing and using Windows and Microsoft Word
- You must be empathetic and caring towards others. (our patients love coming here because we genuinely care for their wellbeing and comfort)
- Good attention to detail and ability to problem solve and think on the spot.
- Ability to work independently.
- **Must be able to provide evidence of previous vaccinations for Hepatitis B, Measles, Covid-19**:

- **Must be able to provide Police Check and Working With Children Check**
