**What we do**:

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Creative Director, this is an integral role leading Miei’s marketing efforts and supporting brand growth across Australia.

Your remit will cover all brand marketing tactics and strategies, including planning and delivery of partnerships & events, working closely with our client’s marketing team on any PR initiatives, responsibility for organic social media content as well as Miei’s ambassadors and influencer activities. The ultimate goal will be to increase awareness and engagement with our miei brand, our breadth of products and services, and be an obvious choice to partner with.

Working within our brand guidelines, you will ensure that miei’s tone of voice is adhered to and the brand is represented to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible to propose and manage a budget, ensuring brand performance is tracked, targets are met and reported back to the business.

**What we’re looking for**:

- 5+ years experience in brand marketing or similar, in retail, hospitality or events
- 2+ years in eCommerce and / or B2B environment
- Experience working across brand marketing channels (Social, PR, Influencers, Partnerships & Events, above and below the line media), reporting and setting budgets
- Can demonstrate a proven, results-driven track record of brand marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of using Google Analytics for tracking user journeys, reporting and gaining insights
- Strategic thinking - know how to optimise brand media spend across channels for the biggest ROI
- Visionary, a problem solver and a DOER
- Innovative and not afraid to challenge the status quo to improve processes
- Strong attention to detail, time management & communication skills
- Has a can-do attitude, is self-motivated and a team player

**Here are some of the things we want your expertise in**:

- Work closely with the Co-Founders to build out miei’s Brand strategy and marketing calendar, setting and delivering targets for each financial year with strong project management discipline
- Create a fact-based communications strategy for our specific target market, identifying key opportunities to increase awareness amongst our target audiences.
- Produce a suite of assets and brand collateral for teams to use when sharing and pitching new opportunities.
- Create a social media strategy that represent our Brand and Brand Personality. Ensure a balance of product highlights, customer/supplier stories and any other content that increases engagement to build trust based on our Miei Customer Advisory Board’s feedback.
- Have a solid understanding of google analytics data and tracking tools to report.

**Salary**:$70,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation based on level of experience

**Working Location**:Onsite

**Working Capacity**:Fulltime, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends
