Customer Service Manager

As our Customer Service Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our customer service operations, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional service to our customers and sales representatives. Leading a team of three, including a customer service assistant and two warehouse assistants, you'll also handle training, rostering, and coaching to maintain high performance standards.
**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:
**To be considered for this role, you MUST have extensive experience with**:
- Shopify
- Power BI
- Track POD
- WSET qualifications (at least level 1)
- MYOB Advanced ERP
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
**Desirable Skills & Qualifications**:
- Advanced language skills in English, Spanish & French
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers and sales representatives with order placements and website navigation.
- Provide after-sales support, including invoicing and product quality advice.
- Supervise and mentor a team of three, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Be in constant communication with overseas and domestic suppliers in relation to tasting notes and specific customer enquiries.
- Monitor stock inventory and coordinate allocations and backorders.
- Organize logistics for new stock arrivals and transfers.
- Support warehouse operations
- Liaise with 3pl and courier companies.
- Create and manage customer profile settings and monitor payment processes in conjunction with our Accounts Department
- Communicate with delivery drivers to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time.
- Manage retailer systems to process purchase orders and invoicing.
- Track high-priority orders and address in-transit delays.
- Coordinate stock returns and credits, as well as, reconcile credit card and EFT payments in conjunction with the Accounts Department.
- Assist our sister online retail company, with sales processes and orders, Coordinate logistics, stock deliveries, and customer communications for events.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
