Our client, a leading Resource Recovery & Recycling Company dedicated to sustainability and environmental conservation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing excellent service to their valued customers while promoting the company's mission of responsible waste management.

Your main duties:

Handle inbound calls efficiently in a call centre environment, assisting customers in resolving their inquiries promptly.Compile and generate data analysis and performance reports for the CRM team manager, sales representatives, and clients.Oversee multiple collection routes and perform real-time job allocation analysis to gauge operational efficiency and effectiveness.Conduct outbound calls to investigate customer complaints, identify underlying issues, and provide effective solutions.Schedule services for collections, bin deliveries, and clean-up tasks.Input and process new contracts to establish customer profiles within the system.Collaborate with commercial clients and internal stakeholders as needed.Fulfil various client service management tasks as required.
