Pastuso brings the flavours of the Peruvian coast, jungle, and Andes to Melbourne. The menu is bursting with exciting, flavourful dishes and fresh ceviche. The bar champions pisco and Peruvian inspired cocktails. You will feel truly proud of the product and service Pastuso provides.

**What does this role involve?**

The role of Junior Restaurant Supervisor involves the usual day-to-day running of the business, helping to train, recruit and develop junior staff and improve service standards. This is a customer facing role, where you will be required to work during lunch and dinner service in a fun and professional environment.

We are looking for a people genuinely interested in the hospitality industry. People passionate about great food, wine and customer service.

**Salary**: $64,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Section waiting or supervising staff: 2 years (preferred)
