**Bar Supervisor | Asian Fusion Restaurant**

Imagined by two mates who love the flavours of Asia, this company is growing up fast. With 2 locations and a dedicated functions space so far and more to come. Offering great food, a space to relax with friends and family and a place to have your next soiree with up to 80 people.

The menu is all about by Asian Street food, served in a warm ambient yet fun environment.
Currently looking for a passionate and ambitious bar supervisor to join the senior management team. Someone who is a lover of creating amazing cocktails and seeking growth and further career opportunities in the hospitality scene

**The Role**
- Assisting in various aspects of the bar operations such as purchasing, stock ordering and wastage
- Making and preparing beverages efficiently at a high-quality standard
- Support in running a small bar team to deliver efficient and high-quality beverage service
- Controlling financial aspects relevant to the bar operation
- Working with the rest of the venues management team to ensure a seamless all-round restaurant operation
- Ensuring bar is kept up to OH&S standards

**What you'll need to bring to this role**
- Previous bar tending experience preferably in a fast paced venue. Supervisory experience preferable.
- Exceptional knowledge of cocktails, with good experience of wines, spirits and beer
- Valid RSA
- Adaptable, eager to learn and with the ability to work autonomously while taking ownership of your role
- Personable and great hospitality spirit
- Be an open communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven people management experience and team engagement skills
- A genuine love of customers and creating an experience to be second to none in your role
- Loyalty, determination and a real love for your industry
