**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to work at a university in Sydney city close to public transport. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a leading education institute, their students, staff and visitors.

We have university security roles available in Sydney campus locations which are close to public transport. **Roles include Patrols, Control Room and Concierge.**

**Responsibilities and Duties Include**:

- Provide customer service, direction, and information
- Protect physical assets, which includes regular pedestrian and vehicle patrols
- Monitor and guide the behaviour of people in places
- Observe facilities to reduce risk and maintain public safety
- Prepare general security records and reports
- Provide facility access control
- Control room duties
- Concierge duties

**Essential Criteria**:

- NSW Security Licence 1A
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster across 7 Days
- Unrestricted NSW Driver Licence
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current or willing to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR (current)
- Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Reliability and punctuality
