**Your Role**:
As a Luxury Retail Security Officer with Challenger Security, you will:

- Be the Face of Luxury: Make customers feel welcome and be part of their superior shopping experience.
- Safety First: Maintain a secure environment for both staff and customers, ensuring their well-being.
- Vigilant Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on retail operations, deter any suspicious activities, and respond promptly to incidents.
- Informative Reporting: Provide detailed insights to senior management regarding potential and actual threats to the business.
- Team Player: Collaborate within a highly successful team environment.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Current NSW Security Licence (1A)
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Police Check (Issued within the last 60 days)
- Previous Retail Security or Concierge Experience (preferred)
- Excellent Presentation and Grooming Standards
- Strong Interpersonal and Report-Writing Skills
- Physical Fitness to Fulfill Duties
- A Friendly and Welcoming Customer-Centric Attitude with Strong Observation Skills
