**Where you'll be working**

**What you'll be doing**
The Medical Workforce Officer provides medical administration support services to the team/department to support the achievement of the unit/department outcomes.

**Selection Criteria**
- Relevant qualification, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience in related field.
- Demonstrated high level administrative experience with ability to contextualise within the health setting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated analysis capability.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong and productive relationships with stakeholders including medical practitioners and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills.
- Adaptive customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted driver’s licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.

All NSW Health Care workers are required to have received at least three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. You will be required to provide a record of your COVID-19 vaccination status if successful.
