- Engage in quali y conversa ions wi h brokers and cus omers which will allow you o promo e he bank's produc s and services, as well as iden ify he needs of he cus omer and deliver sui able solu ions
- Crea e and enhance broker loyal y hrough delivery of excep ional services and cus omer solu ions
- Provide brokers wi h advice, guidance and service in order o ma ch cus omer needs hrough our sui e of produc s
- Build upon your onboarding experience by iden ifying oppor uni ies for quali y referrals and leads o specialis depar men s o ensure our cus omers are always benefi ing from he bes of NAB
- Proac ively manage and enhance he re en ion of exis ing broker rela ionships
