**Role Overview**

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the control and supervision of the daily activities of warehouse operations. Working collaboratively with the production, procurement and quality assurance teams (amongst others), the Warehouse Team ensures Beerenberg’s raw products are received on schedule to then dispatch all orders in accordance with customer requirements and deliver on Beerenberg’s sales and growth targets. The Warehouse Supervisor’s key responsibilities include:

- Receiving and picking raw products to meet strict schedules
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders based on expected delivery scheduling.
- Maintaining safety and productivity across all warehouse operations
- Ensure appropriate trained staffing/labour to satisfy the above
- Working closely and cohesively with Beerenberg’s other departments

**About the Person**

You will be a pragmatic self-starter with a team-oriented mindset with a willingness to foster and encourage improvements. You will have sound working knowledge of risk management, food safety and WHS principles with experience in the food manufacturing process being highly regarded. The ideal person will also possess:

- Strong communication skills
- High level attention to detail
- Demonstrated warehouse and/or customer service experience
- Solutions-focused outlook
- Ability to set KPIs and lead co-workers
- Effective computer literacy

Suitable applicants _must_ hold a current HR Forklift License with certifications in Warehousing & Storage or equivalent being highly regarded.
