- We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Communication with medical staff, both onsite and off-site
- Overseeing and prioritising day to day workload distribution
- To provide support backup, support, encouragement and assistance to all Customer Care Members
- Answering enquiries, coordinating courier and medical centre collections, pathology results assistance
- To promote and maintain OSH standards and to comply with Quality Assurance System
- To promote operational efficiency
- General administration duties
- Maintain customer confidentiality
- Liaise with laboratory staff

**About you**
- To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
- Punctual, reliable and ability to adapt to change
- Ability to work independently
- Sound typing/data entry skills (approximately 50 wpm with 98% accuracy)
- Previous experience or knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels of an organisation
- A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures
- Must be a cohesive and contributing member of the team and display positive attitudes towards achieving outcomes
- Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Attention to details and ability to perform sequential analysis
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong customer focus and general office skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
