**About the role**

Fixed term - 12 months

Reporting to the Manager - Innovation and Partnerships, this exciting new role provides project management support and manages change processes relating to the Visual Analysis Project.- Develop and manage delivery on detailed scopes of work for the Visual Analysis Project. Deliver a project controls function with development, improvement and reporting of project activities, schedule updates and progress against plan, including risk identification and controls.- Maintain a focus of continuous engagement with project stakeholders to ensure alignment from start to finish.-
- Oversee any ongoing support and handover of deliverables from consultants including end user training- Responsible for reports generation and management of information within the Grain Technology Project Management & feeding into Grain Technology Governance Steer Co framework- Work closely with other internal teams (particularly Communications, Learning and Development, IT and HR) regarding implementation, communication and training relating to change- Support and coach employees to increase change capability and principles within the Group- Ensure projects are on track and delivering to expected performance outcomes on time and to budget, escalating any deviations.

**What you will bring to the role**:
- Diploma or degree in either Business, IT Systems, Project or Change Management- Minimum 5 years’ experience in either quality, project management or IT systems design or similar role.- Good project management, organizational skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex projects- Understanding of change management methodologies and able to demonstrate applied knowledge using a structured approach to change management- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
