**Job Function**:
Managing all operational activities at the airport which includes activities to control, supervise and direct resources and equipment as well as service activities to customers and partners at the airport effectively, efficiently and in accordance with applicable regulations to ensure the safe, safe and economical flight implementation, regularly and on time according to the targets set by the company.

Coordinate, control and direct:
1. Make a short-term operational work plan for each unit under.
2. Supervise, control and supervise flight operations.
3. Coordinate every function related to service activities such as Catering, Refueled, Security, Airport Operators.
4. Ensure that the number of Employee and Equipment (GSE) needs is sufficient to support flight operations services.

6. Ensure that they have good knowledge, skills and attitude and follow all changes (updates) to company regulations and policies.
7. Conduct supervision, supervision and evaluation of the results of the performance of subordinates.

9. Make plans for training that staff must follow to support their activities / work.
10.In an emergency situation the Station Manager must run according to their respective functions and be guided by the applicable Station Emergency Procedure.
11.Make a written report on the achievement of 3rd party SLA and activity reports (including Irregularities) Handling to Region Managers periodically (Daily, Weekly or Monthly).
12. Control cost.
13. Management of HR in the Operational Unit to ensure that business processes run according to work flow and on-time delivery is achieved.
14. Conduct performance appraisal of employees who are periodically operational subordinates and report on direct limitations.
15. Ensure safety and security in station operations as a fundamental operational priority. 16. Implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) and security system in the Operational environment.
17. Make a work plan and budget for the Operational Work Unit.
18. Management of resources and budget of the Operational Work Unit is carried out with the principles of effectiveness and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Make a work plan and budget station.
2. Ensuring the implementation of the flight safety program at the airport.
3. Supervise the execution of work by ground handling.
4. Performing slot time and other licenses at the airport.
5. Ensure all operational activities at the airport are carried out in accordance with SOPs.
6. Providing services to customers optimally.
7. Assess ground handling performance.
8. Coordinate with related units to ensure availability of facilities, infrastructure and work equipment.
9. Conduct guidance, supervision and direction to employees at the airport who are subordinates.
10. Evaluate / evaluate the performance of employees at the airport who are subordinates and report to the direct supervisor.
11. Make a written performance report to the direct supervisor, copy the supervisor one level above and related units periodically annually.
**Authorities**:
1. Make a work plan and propose and use the budget in all operational work units.
2. Provide recommendations and assessments of handling agents in accordance with the results of supervision and performance evaluation in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Develop and implement corrective actions needed to address audit findings at the operating station.
4. Carry out corrective actions to improve quality systems in the appropriate operational areas.
5. Recomend specific policies in accordance with the limits given by the company.
6. Providing direction, warning and warning to employees in all operational work units and at the same time submitting a warning letter
7. Assigning subordinates to carry out activities / jobs outside the assigned job desk and must be related to their duties, responsibilities and authority in all operational work units.
8. Appoint and assign subordinates to take part in the training set by the company and / or submit the type of training needed for themselves and their subordinates in all operational work units.
**Reporting**:
1. OTP station & Delay Management report.
2. Irregularity Report.
3. Budgeting/Administrative Report.
4. Employee / GHA evaluation report.
5. Performance Report of the Operational Work Unit.
**Qualification**:
1. Have thorough knowledge of ground handling services
2. Have a minimum 4 years’ workplace experience in airlines / ground handling company in ground operations.
3. Has the ability to manage flight stations
4. Be familiar with the divisions of ground handling services
