**Your Role**:
The** Manager, **Program Delivery** will be responsible for planning and overseeing high priority strategy delivery projects across the organisation, from initial ideation through to completion and building project management capability across the organisation.

**Your Responsibility**:

- Build project management capability within the team and across the organisation
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyse project status and, when necessary, work with key stakeholders to revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, providing day-to-day leadership on project status and changes.
- Establish and manage project-based governance and reporting both within the Strategy and Engagement directorate and across the organisation.

**You Will Need**:

- Relevant post-graduate qualification/s in business, management or project management and/ or Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 and/or extensive experience in project management
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
- Experience as a Program Manager with a track record of successful delivery of complex strategy or transformation programs.
- Advanced project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a focus on fostering collaboration and accountability.
