**Position Objective**

The main focus of the Full Applications Consultant is to provide finance solutions and related products while providing a high quality service to customers that have been introduced to Amfin. To achieve success within the role this, the person will need to build a personal professional reputation with customers and referral partners of Amfin. Additionally, the person will need to operate effectively within the Amfin departments and our external suppliers for finance and insurance.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**

This position is responsible for carrying out a range of duties related to liaison with referral partners and selling finance and insurance products for those customers referred to Amfin. The position is also required to meet the compliance requirements of the business in performance of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Convert leads with high customer care and communication
- Maintain the business CRM, Lead Management, Compliance and Reporting software to the highest level of data integrity.
- Ensure that broker referral partners are contacted within the agreed Service Level Agreements at initial lead and throughout the customer journey
- Maximise lead to settlement conversion rates by educating broker referral partners and conducting sales process in accordance with business best practice.
- Complete all documents accurately and promptly with suppliers (i.e. - finance, insurance and related product providers) and in accordance with Amfin Company guidelines.
- Develop relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders by conducting oneself in a professional manner that enhances the Amfin Company brand and reputation.
- Maintaining compliance at all times and work to the highest standards.

- Strive to develop and form long term business partnerships with referral partners and customers to generate further leads and build trust with our partners

**Professional Development**
- Attend training programs as requested by management and implement all your training learnings actively.
- Maintain product knowledge periodically to determine features of the various product lines and how to appropriately offer them to clients.
- Maintain continuing professional development in accordance with company compliance standards.

**Key KPIs**
- Achievement of group targets as determined by Amfin.
- Achieve referrer satisfaction targets as set by management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedure and legislative requirements measured via monitoring and audit
- Internal referral program satisfied for insurance and asset sourcing products

**Group Collaboration**
- Establish and maintain good working relationships within Amfin to maximise performance.
- Partner with our Relationship Management team to nurture Broker relationships and enhance our client experience.
- Partner with our Insurance, Asset Sourcing and other new revenue streams for cross sell and cross department leads
- Familiarise and adhere to all relevant policies, practice, employment terms, conditions, and OHS legislation at all times including safe work practices.

**Department Collaboration**
- Maintain confidentiality and treat fellow employees in a friendly and courteous manner
- Contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the department in order to meet objectives. This includes demonstrating appropriate and professional workplace behaviours, providing assistance to staff if required and undertaking other key responsibilities or activities as directed in a confidential manner
- Responsible to ensure the workload is prioritised and managed to satisfy needs and changes as they are required and communicated. The employee’s responsibilities may be varied to respond to operational needs or requirements
- Each employee is encouraged to review their role from time to time and have the opportunity to make suggestions to develop and improve processes within the business through the development of processes over time to respond to the position requirements.
- Report all instances of quality, customer complaints (internal & external) and conditions that are adverse to Amfin, its policies and procedures, and/or the operational efficiency of the Department.
- Make suggestions for improvement where appropriate
