**A little bit about the role**
As a Store Manager at Liverpool Kathmandu, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient running of the store. The role is full-time and you must have availability for a mix of weekdays, some evenings and weekends. Our brand new Liverpool store will be opening mid-late May 2023. Day to day you will;
- Build and drive a customer-led culture through the execution of sales, service and compliance initiatives
- Inspire and lead a diverse team of outdoor enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets.
- Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the store is running effectively
- Represent the store and support the wider network in the development and execution of initiatives and processes, being involved in mentoring and guidance opportunities.
- Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer

**What we are looking for**
You will have previous management experience in a retail or customer service environment with a proven ability to lead, motivate and build sales and service through exceptional store management. You can demonstrate your exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive outlook along with your sound knowledge of retail requirements; POS, stock control, cash handling, security and store presentation.

You will have demonstrated experience working to targets and KPI’s and fostering a high-performance culture and a genuine passion for our products, and what we stand for as a business and be able to demonstrate that to your team and customers.
