Bay Audio is on the lookout for a driven Store Manager to lead our Liverpool team. As Store Manager, you'll spearhead sales initiatives, cultivate a high-performance environment, and uphold impeccable standards for our store.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively engage potential customers at our Liverpool store to generate leads on a daily basis.
- Drive the attainment of daily and monthly sales targets by providing guidance, motivation, and constructive feedback to store staff, fostering peak performance.
- Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by coordinating and following up on appointments for prospective customers.
- Execute daily operational procedures and devise store strategies to boost lead generation, increase foot traffic, and maximize profitability.
**You will need**:
- A seasoned Manager with a track record of inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Possess an outgoing and approachable personality, skilled at forging connections with customers through face-to-face interactions.
- Demonstrated history of surpassing business objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a talent for listening and problem-solving.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
