**Join Our Team**:
We are currently seeking a passionate Community Support Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals in **Central Coast**, and surrounding areas Including **Avoca Beach and Erina**. If successful, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of our clients.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive hourly rates ranging from **$40.26 to $43.93**, inclusive of a 25% casual loading, based on experience and qualifications.
- Advanced rostering, planned 4-6 weeks in advance, promoting work-life balance.

- Comprehensive 1-day induction training at our Auburn NSW headquarters, covering essential topics such as Medication Management, Behavior Support, and Acquired Brain Injury awareness.

**Your role**:

- **Provide 1:1 quality support** and meet the requirements of the clients based on their individual needs and in line with their goals.
- Assist our clients to live independently in their **own homes.**:

- Assist clients in accessing the community
- Assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals
- Provide personal care
- Support clients with judgment and decision making
- Monitor client behaviour
- Maintain accurate records and report writing
- Provide feedback to the relevant Client Services Manager.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- An appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed
- Previous experience in a related industry or service to undertake the range of activities required.

**What you'll need**:

- Driver License and use of a registered vehicle
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 - Provide first aid)
- NDIS Workers Check
- Up to date COVID19 Vaccination Certificate (2 vaccinations + Booster)
