Reporting to the Head of Business Banking your role will be accountable for the development, execution and management of our end-to-end ESG strategy for Business Banking, encompassing pricing, product strategy, in-life management and all risk outcomes.

**What you’ll do**
- Creation and execution of comprehensive sustainability activities
- Development of ESG propositions for Business Banking segments
- Establishing partnerships with other companies
- Fostering relationships with relevant industry representatives and policy makers
- Minimising the environmental footprint of Business Banking (including customer’s footprint)
- Supporting the transition of customers and clients to more energy efficient businesses
- Data and risk management across all relevant variables
- Alignment to ING’s environmental, social and governance objectives

**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstrated leadership experience coupled with a strong coaching and development mindset
- Demonstrated experience (7+ years) in marketing, product management and / or digital acquisition in lending / financial services
- Proven experience with cross functional stakeholder management
- Proven experience in product or project delivery
- Knowledge of Agile concepts and practices
- Familiarity with project management and delivery methodologies
