**_ Where do you want to go?_**:
Make an impact and be part of the Marketing team to drive and support on the development and execution of the marketing strategy and plans of Bayer’s important priority Nutritional’s Portfolio (Elevit).

Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager for Elevit, you’ll have the opportunity to work on the No.1 brand within the Pregnancy Vitamins category across both Australia & New Zealand. Elevit is the No.1 most trusted brand with a strong heritage over 20 years both locally & globally, with the opportunity to further drive the brand in a growing competitive landscape.

With the changing nature of the industry, the team operates in an Agile environment creating the opportunity to work with other brands when there is a need within the business.

With a very sizeable Advertising and Media budget and a strong brand portfolio, we are seeking a talented marketer who will not only drive the brand’s execution but will also build on its growth trajectory.

**_ Do something that moves you._**:

- Support the development and execution of brand strategy of assigned brands in conjunction with the Senior Brand Manager reviewing and updating on an ongoing basis to deliver agreed sales and share growth.
- Deliver New Product Development (NPD) pipeline to deliver future growth
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans
- Be responsible for monitoring campaign performance and measuring campaign success to determine ROI.
- Build and develop collaborative relationships with internal and external customers to deliver strategic priorities and drive operational excellence
- Complete and comply with all Corporate Compliance Regulations as per Bayer LIFE principles
- Execute the key Jobs To Be Done, stakeholder management (Trade Marketing, Sales and Media teams) to deliver towards aligned goals, plans and ambition
- KPI tracking & monitoring (market share, media investment)
- Be a culture creator and actively foster a culture where innovation, diverse thinking and high performance can flourish

***_Does this sound like you?_**:
Essential
- Degree Qualified (or equivalent). Preferably major in Commerce, Business Studies or Marketing;
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player, engaged and high performer;
- Demonstrated success at delivering marketing activities that link clearly to the agreed annual marketing strategy (including new product development);
- Demonstrated ability to create and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders that deliver results and enable positive conflict resolution;
- Strong presentation, communication, collaboration and consultation skills;
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adopt an agile mindset.

Desirable
- Consumer Health or Pharmaceuticals experience (but not essential);
- Experience in Grocery and/or Pharmacy channels;
- Proven track record of partnering with global colleagues to achieve results;
- Previous experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager;
- Project management, planning and prioritisation.
