As the Manager of Operational Security Standards, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an integrated suite of operational technology policies and processes. Your expertise will ensure compliance and consistency across our facilities, safeguarding our operations and assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Policy Development: Develop and implement robust security policies that align with industry best practices. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify operational dependencies and facilitate policy reviews. Change Management: Lead conversations and knowledge sharing to enhance compliance with electronic security and cyber security systems. Communication: Ensure policies are easily accessible to frontline staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Background: Proven experience in policy formulation and a deep understanding of infrastructure operational technology, electronic security, and cyber security systems. Skills: Exceptional written ability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish project plans for policy development. Leadership: A track record of team leadership and quality assurance.
