As a leading security solutions provider, we prioritise safeguarding assets, delivering topnotch monitoring services, and providing concierge support to enhance the overall security of our clients' premises. We are now seeking a dedicated Security Operations Administrator to join our team and play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of asset security measures to protect the client's valuable property and assets.
  • Perform risk analysis and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Provide concierge support and excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
  • Support the delivery of security awareness training for staff and stakeholders to promote a culture of security consciousness.
  • Provide administrative support to the monitoring team and the clients wider security team.
  • When required support the conduct regular monitoring of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents, conduct investigations, and ensure appropriate followup actions are taken.

Requirements:

To be considered for employment with Infront Security, you should have the following Desirable Qualities

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Security Operations is required.
  • Certificate II in Security Monitoring is required.
  • Proven experience in asset security, monitoring, and risk analysis.
  • Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle security incidents with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security operations.
  • Previous experience in a concierge or customerfacing role is advantageous.
