Institute of Science Management & Technology is a reputed RTO providing a range of nationally recognised courses across Australia. We are currently seeking experienced RTO-RTO Campus Manager. We offer a wide range of qualifications in various industries that educate our students with up-to-date industry standards, getting them ready for their next dream career.

With multiple campuses throughout Sydney, we are looking for Campus Manager to join the team and provide support and leadership to all departments on their site. A hands-on individual, ready to drive and execute the operational delivery of the ISMT's mission and strategic plans.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Experience within the vocational training sector or RTO training environment including vocational funding arrangements.
- Keeping up to date with any VET industry changes and updating the Training and Administration division with Departmental or ASQA compliance requirements changes.
- Carry out activities to ensure our RTO complies with the standards set by the relevant governing bodies.
- Completing internal audits and preparing for external audits.
- Knowledge & experience in the use of a student management system (aXcelerate desirable).
- Excellent administration, documentation, financial management, people management skills.
- Excellent liaison, presentation, verbal communication and negotiation skills with a diverse range of clients, stakeholders and authorities.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to think laterally on issues for the purpose of managing anomalies in course delivery and scheduling.
- Strategic project management; setting priorities, meeting deadlines within a complex and changing environment.
- Ability to work under high-pressure situations in relation to audit deadlines
- Ensuring staff are aware of and adhere to legislative and contractual compliance requirements.
- Run monthly compliance reports.
- Understanding of AQF, NVR and experience implementing the standards.
- TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $61,587.91 - $70,000.00 per year
