**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a highly experienced
**Roster Controller** on a
**permanent, full time basis**, offering
**flexibility to work at any TAFE NSW Campus in the Western Sydney region**. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of rosters and operational activities to support the team, ensuring an outstanding learning experience for our students. In your next role, you will:

- Manage and oversee rosters to ensure an exceptional learning experience for students
- Maintain records in line with audit requirements, financial and risk compliance
- Deliver expert advice and support to stakeholders on rostering needs

**ABOUT YOU**
Alongside your resilient and courageous approach, and ability to communicate effectively with dispersed teams, you will have:

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate degree in a relevant discipline OR equivalent professional skills, knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience with using a computerised rostering system and solid experience using Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to construct rosters for a large complex organisation
