As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting various customer-facing activities, including sales, services, rentals, and training across vertical markets.

**The Role**

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing sales support. Core duties will include internal support of sales activities, working on fulfillment of orders from order to invoice and prompt resolution of customer enquiries.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate product information, pricing, delivery timelines, and specifications.
- Manage the order to invoice process and coordinate activities between sales, operations, and finance.
- Enter orders into the ERP system proactively to resolve product supply chain issues.
- Assist Territory Managers and Sales professionals in maintaining accurate information in SalesForce.
- Provide additional administrative support, including generating quotes, updating site visit notes, and following up on existing quotes.
- Understand customer needs, priorities, and expectations through proactive communication.
- Address customer concerns and issues efficiently to ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate internally to ensure all customer expectations are met.
- Represent the company professionally with all interactions.
- Follow established processes and comply with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience with excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
- Self-learner with the ability to develop technical understanding of the product range to efficiently support sales.
- Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt to schedule changes.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; experience with SalesForce and Oracle preferred.
