**The Role**

Engaged as part of the RPO Team to deliver high quality new resources to fulfil opportunities within Tech Consulting.

The objectives of this role are to:

- Maintain good relationships with Account Directors, Hiring Managers, Workforce Management and other
- Manage sound recruitment processes through active participation in identifying and implementing improvements

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge and skills necessary to tap a wide variety of traditional and emerging sourcing channels and to utilize the most effective ones for different positions.
- Ensure team success by working in a collaborative, solutions-oriented manner
- Ability to learn about and incorporate new technological changes and product roadmaps into appropriate skill-set searches and recruitment efforts that meet the talent demands
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Experience**
- A minimum of 1-year experience in Sales recruiting, placement business, staffing or human resources
- Ability to work in a self-directed environment, respond to changing (and sometimes ambiguous) circumstances with agility, creativity, determination
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
