This role is instrumental in ensuring the site maintains a strong commitment to continuous improvement of safety, health and environmental culture, standards, systems and processes.

With site leadership you will be responsible for setting, implementing and monitoring safety, health and environment improvement plans and agreed initiatives. The role is also responsible for injury management and early intervention programs to support those team members injured at work including workers compensation case management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing safety programs in FMCG manufacturing environments.
- Formal diploma or above education in Occupational (Work) Health and Safety depending on the state employed
- Behaviour based safety programs
- Significant experience in workplace-based rehabilitation and return to work injury management
- Incident Investigation including root cause analysis
- Sound problem solving and analytical reasoning; able to manage uncertainty, risk and complexity with courage and proactive responsibility
