**About the Role**

The role of Account Manager will ensure a high quality of service is delivered to each of your clients with a focus on planning. You will also work closely with the Account Director and with the Creative, Digital and Strategy teams to bring campaigns to lifeYou will have the ability to manage multiple client relationships, plan across Australian and Chinese digital media channels and manage workflows.

**Duties and Responsibility**

70% of your duties and responsibility will be working on current clients, and 30% of your work responsibility will be on new business development.
- Work with the Account Director to ensure the clients’ needs are met.
- Maintaining great working relationships with clients, attend brand planning workshops and client presentations.
- Anticipate clients’ business needs and proactively approach them with media solutions and recommendations, backed up by facts. Taking your client on a journey, clearly articulating the why, how and what.
- Playing an active role in ensuring that unique and ground-breaking ideas are developed.
- Managing the workflow to ensure that tasks are delivered on time and the team are continually learning.
- Staying aware of clients’ competitor activities & delivering insights for clients.
- Collaborating and developing strong working relationships with the wider team.
- Developing new business opportunities through daily networking, supporting the team with any new business acquisition.

**About You**
- Ideally 2-3 years experience in a similar role either agency or publisher side.
- A strong understanding of Chinese and Southeast Asia market, brands and their communication objectives.
- Experienced in organising big events is a bonus.
- Advanced knowledge of search engines and social media channels (Google Adwords, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Zhihu, etc.).
- A motivated and driven individual with strong ability to manage and develop client relationships.
- Experienced in proofreading ad copy (English & Chinese), and able to develop the content strategy based on client’s brief.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (oral & written).
- Can-do attitude & great attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Bachelor Degree (or above) in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field is a strong advantage.

**Salary**: $57,329.37 - $126,165.02 per year
