**About the Role**:
**Skills, experience and certificates**:

- **You will bring a tertiary qualification in Urban Planning (or similar)**
- **Applicants with up to 3 years' experience or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.**:

- **Be comfortable working under the requirements of Planning and Environment Act 1987**
- **Proactive in negotiation and problem solving**:

- **Display excellent time management and communication skills, including report writing.**:

- **Knowledge of the principles and best practice of statutory planning**

**Mandatory Pre-employment screenings**:

- **Current Drivers' License**
