- About the role:
A key role that will support the delivery of the Bunnings Private Label strategy.

You will work closely with the Buyers, QA and Design teams, Private Label team and international Suppliers to understand customer needs to develop, brief and approve new ranges and product innovation, including packaging artwork, leveraging the expertise of all SMEs to ensure best quality and value for our customers.

What's involved:
- Develop ranging strategy with the Buying teams to create innovation in products and ranges-
- Lead and manage the product sourcing and range tender process with international suppliers to deliver financial KPIS re margin and sales-
- Identify local and global opportunities to develop and grow the market-
- Knowledge of product development, product and artwork briefing and final approvals-
- Support in delivering the Bunnings’ Global Sourcing and Private Label strategies to deliver growthWho we're looking for:
You’ll need:
- Good commercial acumen and a strategic mindset-
- Knowledge of product development and quality approvals-
- Analytical skills and financial acumen-
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building and influencing skills-
- A high level of attention to detail with strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills-
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing / Commerce / Economics or related field (preferred) We’re here to support you.
