**Evidence Generation Officer - Experiential Evidence**

**We are looking for**
- Ability to gather multiple experiential insights in a timely and rigorous manner.
- Participate in multiple projects and activities with non-negotiable timeframes, and requiring high quality outcomes and deliverables.
- Work collaboratively across the ACI Directorates, Ministry for Health, Local Health Districts and other relevant stakeholder groups.

**About us**

The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.

**What you will be doing**

Support the ACI Evidence Directorate (Experiential Evidence) to gather and leverage the knowledge, experience and wisdom of health professionals and health consumers for health innovation in NSW.

Experiential evidence codifies the knowledge, expertise and wisdom that individuals or groups develop from encounters, involvement or practice. It is generally sought about real-world situations or experiences, including living with or treating a particular illness or condition, familiarity with a setting or context, or belonging to a social or professional group.

**Employment details**

**Employment Type**: Full Time - Temporary for a period up to 31 December 2024
**Position Classification**: Health Manager Level 3

**Remuneration**: $122,850.00 - $139,559.00 per annum, excluding Superannuation
**Hours Per Week**: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

**Selection Criteria / Questions**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent; and experience in a qualitative research or deliberative approaches, and producing accurate and succinct evidence summaries.
- Demonstrated experience health professionals and health consumers consultation and use of various methods and approaches.
- Demonstrated experience to undertake thorough and rigorous analysis of consultations and triangulation with other evidence sources.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in project management.

**COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy**

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
