**The Opportunity**:
Veolia ANZ is seeking an Industrial Services Supervisor to join our team based in Cambridge, Tasmania. As the Industrial Services Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating required resources and supervising activities to ensure the completion of jobs in accordance with safety standards, customer expectations and contractual performance targets.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Proactively monitor and supervise the operations staff in accordance with relevant regulations, policy and procedure to achieve desired business performance.
- Ensuring efficient and safe operations at all times
- Prepare for and effectively facilitate regular team meetings, ensuring action items are allocated and completed
- Direct, train, and monitor the performance of the workforce to meet contractual KPI’s
- Coordinate additional equipment and labour requirements

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Effective interpersonal skills, including ability to clarify, time manage and make decisions
- Previous experience in a supervisory role highly desirable
- Prior experience in Industrial Cleaning Services, waste or transportation industry desired but not essential
- Knowledge of Heavy Industry work sites and the use of High Risk Equipment desired but not essential
- Computer literacy and familiarity with administrative workflows
- Heavy Rigid Drivers licence desired but not essential
